A trainer and dietitian designed around real life
A general-wellness product in development that brings a personal trainer and dietitian into one coordinated plan—then adapts that plan to meals, groceries, travel, activities, and the realities of everyday life.
A restrained narrative panel—not a claim of a shipped interface.
01 / Context
The operating problem
Exercise, food, travel, and daily routines are usually handled separately. Plans become hard to follow when they assume perfect adherence or ignore trips, restaurants, time, energy, and the fact that people want to enjoy their lives while working toward health goals.
02 / Judgment
The decision behind the interface
HealthRhythm is designed around a trainer and dietitian working from the same goals and context. Meal planning connects a decision to a grocery list and the plate. Travel planning surfaces diet-compatible options, enjoyable activities, and workouts that fit the trip instead of pretending normal life has paused.
